I'm not an engineer of any kind, I figure 18.78 because it came to my ear as such.

18 times 78 is 1404, which is (liken to your pyramid example) ...

1404 / 19.5 (Tconstant) = 72 / .5 = 144

just guessing... otherwise. ;)
