My theory on the Maya numbering system...

Is that the dots are units of Twenty in addition to units of One and that the 'Kin' is not only a day, but also what we call a 'minute' and that the current system of Time keeping in use today IS, the Long Count... while it is documented that they 'abandoned' it, I don't find that a reasonable theory ... I will show that it is the current 'Gregorian System'.
